Shipping Policy
Cocoa Connoisseur Corporation is located in Spring, Texas. We strive to process ours within two days. Customers can select USPS or FedEx as their shipping method of choice. Orders are shipped out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Only Overnight/Next Day delivery orders will ship on Thursdays to prevent orders from being stored by the shipper over the weekend. Orders received on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. We encourage orders to be shipped to an address where someone is present to sign and receive your shipment.
Ship to Locations
At this time, are shipping to all US States and Territories, and Canada. We do not accept PO Box or international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping Method
Customer’s have the option of shipping their orders via:
- FedEx*
Priority Overnight: Delivered the next day by 10:30 am
Standard Overnight: Delivered the next day by 3:00 pm
2-Day Service: Delivery in two business days
Express Saver: Delivery in three business days
Ground Service: Delivery in one to five business days
- USPS Priority Mail Service (2 – 3 day service)
*FedEx shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, shipping destination and chosen method. USPS Priority Mail shipping fees are based on your order’s weight. USPS Delivery times and service vary with shipping destination. The fee schedule is as follows:
Holiday & Cool Weather Shipping Schedule
During the holiday season and cold weather months, we ship Monday through Friday.
Warm Weather - Summer Shipping
This policy is to ensure the safety and integrity of your product when it arrives during warm/hot weather. To protect the integrity of your chocolate orders, we recommend:
- Shipping to a location where a person is present to receive your order.
- Selecting "Overnight", "2 Business Day" or "3 to 4 Business Day" delivery service.
- Ordering Monday through Wednesday. Orders received late Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
- Checking the "Weather Status" notice on each product for the appropriate shipping method.
- Heat sensitive products travel best in temperatures 80° F or below.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a FedEx or USPS tracking number. To track your package, go to www.fedex.com or www.usps.com. If you did not receive a tracking confirmation email, contact us at info@cocoaconnoisseur.com or 714.833.1747.

Ordering Options
For fast and easy ordering, place your order online. Or, you can place your order by fax, phone or via email:
For email orders, include the product code number, product name, quantity, shipping method, contact name, phone number, shipping and billing address. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email with the order total, including shipping costs and taxes, if necessary.
Order Changes
Changes to your order can take place anytime after the order is submitted by the customer and before the order is shipped. Submit order changes by fax, phone or via email.
Sales Tax
As a Texas based company, an 8.25% tax is applied to Texas residents.
Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Checks, Money Orders and wire transfers are not accepted.
Discounts/Coupons
After selecting the items you wish to order, proceed to checkout. Enter the code in the “Coupon Code” field located just below the shipping option section. Only valid coupon codes are accepted.
Inventory Availability
If we are out of an ordered product, we will notify you via email or by phone. We do not backorder items, therefore the item must be ordered at a later time. During various holidays, we order “specialty” seasonal product that cannot be reordered.

Yes! During checkout, add you message to the “Special Order Instructions or Gift Card Message”.

Absolutely! We have hot chocolate, ice cream, ice chocolate and many other delicious recipes. Visit our Recipe Archive to download a copy of your favorite recipes. Do you have Kosher products?
Yes. Kosher products have their own sub-category under the “Hot Chocolate/Hot Cocoa”, “Baking Chocolate” and “Drinking Chocolate”.
I have a nut allergy. What products are processed in facilities with nuts?
In the “Notes” section of each product page, we list if the product was produced in a facility containing nuts or nut by products.
Do you sell sugar-free products?
We sure do! Sugar-Free products have their own category under “Hot Chocolate/Hot Cocoa” and “Baking Chocolate” sections. |
